Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at AlphaCreators, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our real estate marketing and lead-generation platform forward. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and client-success teams to optimize campaigns, improve CRM automation, and ensure our real estate partners are getting the high-quality leads they need—without spending hours hunting them down.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Management
    • Design and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, digital ad platforms, website analytics).
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through regular audits and ETL best practices.
  • Analysis & Reporting
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards tracking key metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, campaign ROI).
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Marketing & CRM Optimization
    • Analyze lead behavior and campaign performance to recommend targeting adjustments and budget reallocation.
    • Evaluate CRM automation effectiveness—trigger rates, follow-up sequences, and lead scoring models—and propose refinements.
  • Data Visualization & Presentation
    • Build clear, intuitive visualizations (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Present findings and strategic recommendations in cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
    • Partner with product and engineering to define data requirements for new features.
    • Stay on top of the latest data-analysis tools and techniques; suggest automation or machine-learning models to enhance lead quality and predict agent needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in a data analyst or similar role, ideally within digital marketing, real estate tech, or CRM platforms.
    • Proven track record of improving marketing ROI or lead-generation efficiency via data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong SQL proficiency for querying relational databases.
    • Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn a plus).
    • Familiarity with ETL tools or scripting to automate data workflows.
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
  • Visualization & BI: Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of real estate marketing, lead funnels, and CRM workflows.
  • Machine Learning: Familiarity with basic predictive modeling (lead scoring, churn prediction).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into business terms.
  • Problem-Solver: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for uncovering “why” behind the numbers.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
