Role Overview
As a Media Buyer at AlphaCreators, you’ll be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing paid-media campaigns that drive high-quality real estate leads to our clients. You’ll partner with our data analysts, account managers, and creative teams to ensure every ad dollar is spent efficiently—fueling a steady pipeline of eager buyers and sellers for busy agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop media plans aligned with client goals, budget constraints, and target demographics (urban/suburban real estate agents, 25–55 years old).
- Select optimal channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic display, YouTube) to reach high-intent buyers and sellers.
- Execution & Optimization
- Set up, launch, and manage paid-search and paid-social campaigns, including audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing.
- Monitor performance in real time; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize lead volume and ROI.
- Negotiation & Vendor Management
- Negotiate rates, added value, and placements with ad networks, publishers, and DSPs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with platform reps to secure beta access and volume discounts.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Data Analysts to integrate performance insights into media strategies.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, translating metrics into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Innovation & Trends
- Stay current on emerging channels, ad formats, and bidding technologies (e.g., automation rules, AI-driven optimization).
- Pilot new tactics (e.g., conversational ads, geo-fencing, retargeting sequences) to continually improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3+ years buying digital media for B2C or B2B clients—ideally within real estate, home services, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success driving cost-per-lead (CPL) reductions and scalable growth across multiple channels.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager; experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or DV360 a plus.
- Strong understanding of bid strategies (manual CPC/CPM, automated bidding, target CPA/ROAS).
- Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, pixel implementation).
- Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to dissect performance data, identify trends or issues, and implement optimizations quickly.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio).
- Communication:
- Clear, concise presentation skills for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Strong written skills for crafting briefing documents, RFPs, and campaign recaps.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Certification: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Creative Testing: Experience designing and iterating A/B tests for ad creative and landing pages.
- CRM Integration: Understanding of how media performance ties into CRM workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Enjoys working cross-functionally with analytics, design, and client-success teams.
